Slice the apples into about half a centimeter thick slices and discard the center circles containing the apple core. Pat the apples with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Dip the apples in a pastry made of flour, milk, a teaspoon of baking powder and an egg. Fry the rings and ensure browning on both sides. Then, drain them on paper towers and, while still warm, sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on them.
